    Role and Responsibilities:

    Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize resources and outcomes.
    Coordinate project execution and communication between vendors and internal teams.


    Competitive Intelligence Analysis:
    Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the retail mobile industry.
    Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and create actionable insights.
    Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.


    Strategic Planning and Business Analytics:
    Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
    Utilize analytics tools and techniques to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against goals.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and priorities.


    Required Experience and Education:
    5-10 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or related roles within the consumer electronics, mobile industry, retail industry.
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field or 10 years of experience with vendor management and analytical skills.
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.


    Necessary Skills and Attributes:
    Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
    Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    Ability to develop or modify PowerPoint presentations.
    Ability to write emails and send out meeting invites through Outlook.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
    Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Communications, Marketing or related field.
    Experience in retail mobile sales or marketing.
    Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software.
    Familiar with developing or modifying surveysFamiliar with market insight vendorsPrevious experience with company or similar organizations.

    Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye.

    Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.

    Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines.

    May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
