    Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world, one life at a time.

    Located in Hurricane, Utah. We are looking for a full-time Director of Income.

    You will oversee, manage, and improve the income department while ensuring all possible money is collected and deposited.

    What you will do:

    • Implement, monitor, and improve automation to maximize income
    • Create quarterly and annual plans to improve productivity and income
    • Check in on all financial areas to verify numbers are correct
    • Monitor, review, and maintain high-quality training for your departments
    • Monitor and negotiate on behalf of the company to improve deals and maximize revenue
    • Work closely with upper management to brainstorm new revenue streams
    • Attend all staff, manager, and department head meetings
    • Meet with the departments to maintain and improve production

    What we prefer you to bring:

    • Experience with chargebacks
    • Familiarity with accounts receivable
    • Knowledge of payment processing flows

    What you must bring:

    • Data-driven
    • Ability to analyze numbers with incredible accuracy
    • Awareness of money in-flow
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • 1+ years in a managerial role
    • Working in a call center environment
    • Experience with Google Workspace applications

    Pay: $21.00 per hour

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Job Type: Full-Time
