    Job Description

    SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Somerset, NJ

    • Skills and Qualifications: + Three (3) years of experience in document processing and phone agents
    • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required
    • Strong understanding of business processes related to transactions processing daily.
    • Task oriented leader with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to contribute toward creating a harmonious results-oriented team
    • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead data entry operations and may help support incoming mail, mailroom operations, and scanning operations within the Document Processing Center
    • Provide immediate supervision to 20 or more staff members on site
    • Oversee transaction operations
    • Analyze workflow and assignments to ensure customer SLAs are achieved with both turnaround time and quality
    • Require full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility supporting transaction services
    • Bachelors degree preferred
