Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for harmonizing regional marketing plans and defining a clear marketing mix to promote the brand awareness and reputation of SWARCO in local markets
  • Effective use of company campaigns and thought leadership programs within the region and division to support business objectives and key initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with SWARCO brand guidelines and standards in regions/divisions
  • Collaborating with the central marketing team as well as local sales and operations teams to align regional marketing plans and processes and ensure integration and success of local, regional, and global marketing initiatives
  • Consolidating and optimizing various customer touchpoints in local markets
  • Supervising the performance and development of regional marketing employees

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B or B2G environment
  • Industry-specific knowledge is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of local market trends
  • Experience in planning and executing events
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
