Our client in the chemical industry is looking for an Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) in Minden.

What to expect as an Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d):

  • Processing and creating offers and invoices
  • Updating supplier declarations
  • Monitoring and implementing external trade and customs regulations
  • Handling shipments including accompanying documents, freight and customs papers

What you bring as an Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d):

  • Completed commercial training, preferably as a forwarding, industrial or foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in export and customs
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as German and English language skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
