Electrical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Location: Saukville, WI (onsite)

Employment Type: Direct hire - Salary: $86,000 + 10% of base salary

$5,000 Hiring bonus paid after successful completion of 90-night employment

We're looking for Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the NIGHT SHIFT.

If you're skilled in industrial electrical work, including PLC and AC/DC experience, and want to be part of a safety-focused steel manufacturing company with a rich history, then we want to talk to you.

What We Offer:

Work half the nights in a full-time position with a unique schedule (6pm-6am, 5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off)

Responsibilities:

Perform regular and preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
Troubleshoot complex problems with machinery
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for equipment reliability

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years' electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
Knowledge in industrial electronics, AC/DC theory, PLC's, VFD's, and more
Ability to read schematic diagrams and manuals for equipment maintenance
Commitment to safety and strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate of Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
Experience in the steel industry
Skills in welding, fabrication, and industrial communication networks
Understanding of mechanical devices and control loops
Strong communication and safety awareness training

Must Have:

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years' electrical maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Knowledge in industrial electronics, AC/DC theory, PLC's, and more

Nice to Have:

Certificate of Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
Experience in the steel industry, welding, fabrication, and industrial communication networks
