    What you will do:

  • Managing reliability maintenance effectiveness programs Condition Monitoring programs optimization Owning KPI data RCMs and PMOs Equipment PM Plans strategy development Leading RCFAs on Equipment failures Opportunity Selection (Top 10s) Application of new technologies
  • Support Operations and Maintenance on chronic Reliability issues
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the members of the Reliability Group.
  • Support T/A preparation and execution.

    • What you will bring:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Exposure to vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, or other PM/PdM technologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to perform as a sole contributor and to lead teams of people in change.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with APEGA.
  • Knowledge of Ivara EXP, RCM II and PM optimization methodologies would be beneficial.
