Your tasks

Instruction and coordination of the respective machine personnel (for the machines Mikrosa, Modler and Junker)
Responsibility for compliance with machine usage and production quantities within the entire team
Quality responsibility
Verification, documentation and compliance with target times, production documents and other work documents

Your profile

Training as a machining mechanic, CNC turner, CNC miller, or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in production (e.g. shift leader, group leader)
Independent work
Reliability and resilience
Flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
