- Leading RCFAs on Equipment failures
- Opportunity Selection (Top 10s)
- Application of new technologies
- Support Operations and Maintenance on chronic Reliability issues
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the members of the Reliability Group.
- Support T/A preparation and execution.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Exposure to vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, or other PM/PdM technologies.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform as a sole contributor and to lead teams of people in change.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with APEGA.
- Knowledge of Ivara EXP, RCM II and PM optimization methodologies would be beneficial.
