We are looking for mechanics to support our team at Hutchinson. These mechanics can come from various fields.

Employees from all areas of mechanics are welcome (e.g. ship mechanics, automotive mechatronics, motorcycle or agricultural machinery mechanics, commercial vehicle mechanics or municipal technicians, boat builders specializing in technology).

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our yacht company in Kappeln to maintain, repair and service boat engines (outboard motors as well as inboard motors (diesel and gasoline).

The prerequisite is knowledge of engines and a passion for tinkering. We will support you with everything else.

These are your tasks.

  • Repair, maintenance, care and service of outboard and inboard engines
  • Work on transmissions, gearboxes
  • Conducting diagnostics
  • Work on board electronics
  • Installation of new engines

  • Completed technical training
  • Strong interest in technical innovation
  • Reliability and self-motivation
  • Quick comprehension and proactive, independent thinking with personal responsibility
  • Teamwork, honesty and a lot of joy in professional activities
  • Willingness to constantly further educate yourself
  • Valid driver's license class B
