    Job Requirement:


    •6+ years of salesforce experience with at least 4 years of end-to-end salesforce transformation projects and at least 1 year on custom development experience


    •Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,


    •Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online


    •Minimum Salesforce certifications:


    •Salesforce Administrator


    •Salesforce Application Builder


    •Salesforce Platform Developer ** (Good to have)

    Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Responsibilities:


    •Serve as the primary system administrator for the environment with numerous users.


    •Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce solutions including but not limited to - managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.


    •Manage data feeds and other integrations.


    •Maintain Sandboxes including refreshing/cloning etc.


    •Assist in training new users and growing the skill set across the organization.


    •Strong conceptual and analytical skills; and effective communication skills to explain methods and findings to team members and audiences.


    •Ability to work independently and to set priorities while managing several projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail is essential.
