Description
Interstate is on the lookout for a Sales Support Specialist who is meticulous and experienced, to assist in the growth of our business development team.
The Sales Support Specialist has a crucial role in our business expansion by creating responses to project opportunities for both existing and potential clients.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role involves crafting high-quality proposals and contracts, as well as managing budgets, pricing models, client responses, and pipeline activities.
Schedule:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
This is an onsite position.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Proposal Generation/Writing:
- Support proposal and client response efforts
- Assemble budget and pricing strategy
- Coordinate status meetings and reviews
- Contracts:
- Perform contract functions up to signature
- Develop and structure contracts
- Review contracts for completeness
- Sales Support/Enablement:
- Manage sales support materials
- Establish processes for better selling
CRM:
- Knowledge of Salesforce encouraged
- Maintain pipeline records using Salesforce
- Implement best practices with Salesforce
Requirements:
- 13 years of Experience and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
