    Job Requirement:

    6+ years of salesforce experience with at least 4 years of end-to-end salesforce transformation projects and at least 1 year on custom development experience

    Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,

    Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online

    Minimum Salesforce certifications:

    Salesforce Administrator

    Salesforce Application Builder

    Salesforce Platform Developer ** (Good to have)

    Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary system administrator for the environment with numerous users.

    Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce solutions including but not limited to - managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.

    Manage data feeds and other integrations.

    Maintain Sandboxes including refreshing/cloning etc.

    Assist in training new users and growing the skill set across the organization.

    Strong conceptual and analytical skills; and effective communication skills to explain methods and findings to team members and audiences.

    Ability to work independently and to set priorities while managing several projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail is essential.
