Join our top-notch Finance team as our new Financial Analyst today

A few details about the role:

Analyze and examine past and present data quality, functions, and processes, and provide accurate and appropriate evaluation, analysis and interpretation to management.

Design, develop and produce standard monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models and performance analytics.
Develop dashboards and key performance indicators and create data management and process documentation.
Design, develop, and implement customer-reporting solutions, and maintain and revise existing reports.
Responsible for financial and analytical review with an emphasis on monitoring strategic objectives and value creation.

Prepare monthly data reporting packages including analysis of key business trends and actual versus plan variances, comprehensive explanations of differences as well as the impact of business drivers to budget/forecast.

Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer.

And here's what you need to apply:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or data analytics, or a related field of study.
Three to five years of experience in financial or data analysis.
Sales reporting and analysis experience preferred but not required.
Senior living experience preferred but not required.
