    Qualifications:

    • 10 years minimum working in quality assurance related to machined components.
    • 3 years minimum in a management role with responsibilities with a minimum of 5 or more direct reports.
    • Experience with ISO and AS and NADCAP specifications and requirements.
    • Ability to do PPAP, FAIR's, and SPC studies.
    • Previous experience working with Prime Aerospace customers.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Duties & Expectations:

    • Responsible for maintaining ISO, AS and NADCAP certification, as the Management Representative.
    • Maintain all QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions and controlled documents.
    • Manage training requirements and documentation for all employees.
    • Manage company measureable metrics.
    • Provide regular feedback on metrics to management and employees, as applicable. Chair annual management review
    meetings and publish minutes and action plans.


    • Analyze trends and detail areas in need of improvement and/or preventive measures.
    • Act as the liaison between company, registrar and customers with Quality Assurance related matters.
    • Ensures that the internal audit process is scheduled and maintained.
    • Oversees the continuous improvement of processes and understands the contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS, including documenting the implementation of continuous improvement activities and customer satisfaction feedback.
    • Aware of quality policies, procedures, objectives, contribution to conformance of product, safety and ethics.
