    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Maintain, input and manage the Athenian corporate entity software program.

    · Support Corporate Transparency Act reviews and eventually provide additional support for the corporate maintenance program

    · Provide transactional support to the Corporate paralegal staff.

    · Work closely with attorneys and paralegals in support of their corporate matters.

    · Draft, review, edit, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and other documents.

    · Organize and/or prepare materials for attorney and/or senior paralegal review.

    · Coordinate requests among multiple parties by way of consistent communication with attorneys.

    · Proofread all documents and check for appropriate formatting, spelling, and grammatical errors.

    · Perform other duties and projects as requested.

    Requirements

    · Ability to work 7.5 hours per day during core business hours plus overtime as needed and approved in advance, and maintain an acceptable level of attendance and punctuality. Specific schedule to be determined.

    · Ability to deliver superior service to all internal and external customers and communicate effectively.

    · Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients and employees.

    · Ability to successfully perform position requirements with excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills required.

    · Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands.

    · High attention to detail.

    · Resourceful research and analytical skills.

    · Interact with partners, associates, paralegals, staff, and clients on a daily basis.

    · Ability to use firm computer systems and software.

    · Experience with the Athenian platform is a plus.
