    WE'RE LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE PARALEGAL!

    FULL-TIME POSITION | SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000

    LOCATION: ONSITE IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

    Join us at IMPRIMIS GROUP as we collaborate with a top hospital in the Chicago area to seek out a skilled Corporate Paralegal. As part of this role, you'll be a key player in the legal operations of the hospital, assisting with various corporate legal activities. Your main tasks will involve drafting legal documents, handling compliance filings, organizing corporate records, and carrying out legal research. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and a solid grasp of corporate law.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare a variety of corporate documents, such as Articles of Organization, Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Stock Certificates, and IRS Forms.
    • Act as the main legal contact for associated entities in Michigan.
    • Oversee state and local filings, including financial and business paperwork.
    • Keep track of corporate records for clients, including annual reports and minutes.
    • Conduct research on corporate entities, retrieve documents from state agencies, and study state laws.
    • Support transactional activities like due diligence, assembling signature packets, and preparing closing checklists.

    Requirements:

    • Must hold a Paralegal Certificate.
    • Need to have 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Strong skills in corporate law with excellent analytical and research capabilities.
    • Outstanding organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage projects across different locations.
    • Aptitude for working both independently and collaboratively with clients, external counsel, and vendors.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
