    Job Description:

    The Paralegal position plays a key role in the Legal & Risk Team by supporting the administration of legal matters, maintaining databases, and assisting with various projects. Working closely with the Paralegal Manager, this role involves collaboration with legal and business partners to advance the company's objectives within an in-house legal department.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage legal matters through the Smartsheet system for internal Legal Team review.
    • Maintain contract and document systems up to date.
    • Organize and store legal documents electronically.
    • Name and file contracts as per company standards.
    • Assist in ad hoc projects within the Legal department.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other teams on commercial contract inquiries.
    • Handle correspondence and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
    • Support Legal professionals with tasks such as presentations, spreadsheets, and communications.
    • Operate with integrity and confidentiality.
    • Uphold core values of respect and care.

    Requirements:

    • Certified Paralegal with at least three years of experience, preferably in a corporate legal setting.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of independent work.
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
    • Experience in contract review and interpretation.
    • Skilled in handling confidential information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of Smartsheet, legal databases, and SharePoint is a plus.

    Education:

    • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
