    Previously known as Hudson Medical Group, established in 2010, is a modern medical practice offering a wide range of cutting-edge treatments including pain management, functional medicine, wellness, interventional mental health, and regenerative medicine.     Hudson Medical: is the primary division of Hudson Health, founded in 2010 as an interventional Pain Management practice. With expertise in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine, Hudson Medical's practitioners use a unique treatment algorithm to design personalized plans for pain relief and enhanced mobility. The physicians at Hudson Medical continuously incorporate the latest research and innovations into their practices.

    Recently, the team expanded their Regenerative Medicine offerings to include minimally-invasive cellular and tissue engineering therapies for faster injury recovery without surgery-related risks.

    Patient Services Representative Position

    Hudson Medical is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact at the medical office, offering assistance and support to patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient correspondence, office organization, and maintaining a welcoming and calm environment for patients and families.

    Responsibilities

    • Support daily operations of a busy multi-specialty practice
    • Welcome and greet patients, verify insurance details
    • Efficiently process patient check-ins
    • Collect payments and assist with appointments
    • Manage incoming calls

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in EMR Athena Health, Microsoft Word, and Excel
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Effective handling of stressful situations with professionalism
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Great listening and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and processes
    • Additional language proficiency (Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) is a plus

    Education and Certification

    • BA/BS degree required
    • 2-5 years experience in a medical or hospitality setting
