Your Responsibilities:


  • You will serve our customers in a friendly manner and provide them with product recommendations
  • Preparing products for sale, such as baking and finishing goods, is also part of your duties
  • You will ensure an attractive display at the counter
  • With enthusiasm and love for the product, you will prepare snacks as well as hot and cold drinks
  • You will adhere to hygiene regulations and implement them with the help of a cleaning schedule

Your Profile:


  • You enjoy serving and advising our customers on our products
  • You have an interest in healthy, delicious, and freshly made food
  • You have excellent communication skills and are polite and tactful
  • You are able to work alternating shifts between mornings and evenings and bring flexibility and teamwork skills
  • Your German language skills, both written and spoken, are good and understandable
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) and your own car are mandatory
  • You have completed the required training according to § 43 of the Infection Protection Act (this can also be completed later with your family doctor)
  • A completed apprenticeship in the bakery industry, retail, gastronomy, or as a service employee is advantageous but not mandatory
