- Follow all guidelines in respect to HIPPA and Title 42 CFR
- Knowledge of current mental health/ substance use disorder best practices

- Skills to accurately assess and initiate treatment planning and discharge planning
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management, quality assurance, and utilization review processes
- Knowledge of employee handbook, code of conduct, position expectations, and company policies and procedures.
- Skills in various computer programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and able to use payroll system efficiently.
- Knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA, Title 42 CFR if working with Substance Use disorder individuals.

Position Description
The therapist provides individual, group, family, and other therapeutic services, such as assessments for clients. Services may be provided on site, or at other locations such as school setting. Documentation must be completed per local, state, federal, and accreditation entities. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with all Navita Health employees to provide the highest quality of services.

Completion of a Master's Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field required
Independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
3+ years of professional practice post licensure preferred
