Description

Babel Therapy is an ethical, therapist owned and operated private speech therapy practice that has been in business since 2014.

We are seeking to immediately hire a
Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Babel Therapy provides therapy services to children and young adults with special needs in the comfort of their own homes, day cares, through tele-health and individualized skills and socialization centers.

We are a Speech Pathologist owned and operated agency, so we understand your unique professional needs.

We are always looking for talented and empathetic therapists that would work well in our group and with our patients.

SLPA Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to clients using a 1:1 model
Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
Assist in the preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources
Provide services on site at day centers, in clinic and via telehealth
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

SLPA Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent (REQUIRED):

State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is highly preffered but are willing to help you obtain one

-
1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant is REQUIRED:

Ability to travel to various settings to deliver therapy services.
