- Coordinate and support tracking of IT assets from purchase, redeployment to asset retirement
- Understands software contract licensing factors, technical and commercial terms to support the IT department
- Ensure software assets are compliant with contractual terms & conditions
- Associate and maintain software support and service agreements with term dates
- Coordinate and facilitate periodic reviews of ServiceNow and OFC processes and standards, and provide recommendations for improvements impacting IT assets
- Develop, analyze, compile, verify, prepare, correspond and/or disseminate financial analysis and reports regarding all IT Responsibility Centers.
- Utilize SAM tools with asset auto-discovery technologies
- Provide insights into cost savings across the spend, identify savings opportunities
- Superior Excel & Power BI skills and experience
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication abilities
- Strong ability to identify and recommend alternative solutions to successfully meet business priorities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected groups
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to effectively work with minimum supervision
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or Business related fields
- 5+ years' experience in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Asset Management
- Experience with software assets, licenses, and contracts
- IT asset auditing experience
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Process Management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks within established deadlines
- Ability to work with multiple and dispersed workforce locations
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Experience in technology purchasing
- Experience with complex financial modeling
- Experience using Oracle Financial Cloud

Targa is currently seeking an IT Financial Management Sr. Analyst. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for tracking and analyzing historical and forecast spend data for IT software licensing, SaaS, IT Systems/Processes, IT Security, SCADA and IT Infrastructure to ensure forecasting & budgeting accuracy. The Sr. analyst is also responsible for analyzing spend trends and developing predictive financial models to support the management team in making strategic business decisions. They will also coordinate with various departments to support the procurement, tracking, and management of assets throughout the lifecycle within ServiceNow.
