Responsibilities
Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the EUC
Good experience of working in customer focused end user support function coverage EUC and software/OS installations and support
Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
Good knowledge of Microsoft's product offerings including high level capabilities and competitor products
Supporting Windows 7 & 10 using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience with MS Intune/Autopilot is desirable
Experience on OS Imaging / Patch Management skill
Deskside Support , B/F and IMAC support
Asset refreshment / OEM
Apple MAC devices skills, JAMF, Airwatch and troubleshooting experience
Experience on Printer support, MDM, Intune and BYOD support
Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
Technical Experience :

7 to 10 years of EUC SME Skill
Good analytical and presentation skills
ITIL V3 certified.
