    RMA of Northern California, one of the networks of top fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and dynamic team players who are committed to delivering the ultimate patient experience to join and help us grow our practice

    RMA Northern California looking for a hard-working, reliable and motivated people person for our front desk role in our San Francisco location.

    The Front Desk/ Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and for providing support to patients and medical staff.

    Hours will be Monday to Friday with rotating shifts from 6:30am-3pm or 8am-4pm. Available for weekends and holiday rotating coverage.
    Check-in, check-out and appointment scheduling through an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
    Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information.
    A strong multi-tasker able to balance in-person and virtual patient care.

    Performs call center functions:
    answers phones, schedules appointments, takes messages and directs calls to the appropriate person.
