What is the job about?

Your main responsibilities:


  • Creation of work orders for service technicians and service partners, processing in SAP CS.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to track and coordinate jobs with their technicians
  • Determine the correct parts with Service Sales and technicians for Service Quotations.
  • Responsible for identifying / assessing an incoming request from a customer to set forth the correct Service support actions
  • Work crossfunctionally on service requests regarding technical support
  • Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment.
  • Works in accordance with and ensures required HSE behavior (ISO 14001 and VCA.)

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • The ability to follow protocols and process flows to ensure high quality service responses.
  • Excellent command of the English language both in speech and writing.
  • Experience with pump technology and installation technology
  • Experience and Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP CS Customer Service highly preferred).
  • Communicative, good at making connections (inside and outside), independent, sturdy, initiativeoriented, resultoriented.
The starting pay for this position is $27.33 per hour. Actual pay will depend on skill set, experience, and location.

Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Hayward, CA.
