    JOB SUMMARY

    The Business Systems Manager will oversee the internal product management of SS&C's Precision LM Servicing Software and other related systems. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and improvement of Precision to meet the changing needs of our organization and clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a product manager and system expert for SS&C's Precision LM Servicing Software and Borrowers Viewpoint online portal.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand system usage, technology needs, data management, reporting, issue resolution, and system integration.
    • Manage vendor relationships, propose product enhancements, and optimize internal digital strategies.
    • Oversee system administration, user maintenance, security, release management, testing, and training.
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    5+ years of experience in business systems product management or related roles.

    3+ years in commercial mortgage industry preferred.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    Knowledge of commercial loan administration processes and software systems.

    Experience with Precision software is a plus.

    Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.

    Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    JOB EXPECTATIONS

    SALARY

    Approximate salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
