Description
As the
Labor Relations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide consultation in contract administration.
  • Research, analyze, and interpret labor law practices and MOUs to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve employe grievances and complaints.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience and Knowledge with the State's Labor Relations bargaining units and processes.
  • Experience working with CalHR Labor Relations.
  • Positive working relationships with labor unions and excluded representative organizations.
  • Develop and deliver inhouse training on contract administration, unfair labor practices, and grievance handling.

Pay:
$6, $8,398.00 per month
