Job Duties


The Department of General Services, Office of Parking and Building Access Services is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the state employee parking program at the seat of state government.

We are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organizational skills, strong computer and accounting skills, and excellent customer service.

The individual will be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize workflow within the Capitol Area Complex State Employee Parking Program.


The Office of Parking and Building Access Services manages parking for tenant-agencies', state employees, and contractors who are working in a DGS owned and managed buildings at the seat of government.

This position will provide administrative support and day to day parking operations support for 21 parking facilities at the Seat of Government and Westmoreland, which totals over 8,000 parking spaces that are controlled by the Department of General Services.
