With plans to establish over 25 KidStrong centers in the upcoming years, we need passionate individuals to help drive our success.

    Responsibilities of a General Manager:

    • Provide exceptional leadership to create a thriving environment for coaches and members.
      Manage and exceed all sales and operational budgets effectively.
      Collaborate with the Assistant GM to oversee staff welfare and studio operations.
      Grow and maintain class sizes through strategic scheduling.
      Model active participation in all center activities and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
      Facilitate clear communication with staff and maintain high customer service standards.
      Ensure facility cleanliness and operational efficiency.
      Lead and develop the coaching team and ensure adherence to center protocols.
      Recruit, train, and supervise new coaches, and oversee programming execution.
      Deliver pre-designed workouts with enthusiasm and promote membership trials effectively.

    We are seeking candidates with:

    * 1-3+ years of management, customer service, or sales experience, preferably in the children or fitness industry.
    * Knowledge of key performance metrics and ability to multitask efficiently.
    * Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    * Capacity to conduct productive meetings and drive team success.

    Certifications Required (to obtain post-hire):

    * CPR certification
    * First Aid certification
    * Epi Pen certification

    Additional Requirements:

    A physically demanding role that involves active participation in kids' activities, regular physical exertion, and the ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
