Your tasks with us:


  • Management and professional leadership of a team of approximately 21 employees in the maintenance department
  • Development of efficient work and organizational processes in collaboration with the management
  • Ensuring maximum availability of production, supply, and building technical systems
  • Transparent organization and monitoring of maintenance work, including work preparation, personnel planning, material requirements, and documentation
  • Coordination of external companies for maintenance activities and projects
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and instructions, as well as participation in risk assessments, operating instructions, and technical system documentation
  • Implementation of crosscompany concepts to comply with quality guidelines

What you should bring:


  • Completed technical vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. electrician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic)
  • Master's or technician's training is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in independent team leadership in the field of maintenance, ideally in the food industry
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability
  • Practical approach and basic knowledge of auditing (IFS)
  • Organizational skills, prioritization ability, and structured work style
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing maintenance processes
  • Good computer skills and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as good knowledge of German
