    About this role:

    • Driving customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey;deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new usecases.
    • Collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.
    • Representing the voice of the customer and influencing internalstakeholders by promoting a customercentric mindset across the organization.
    Do you have the right ingredients?

    • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Success Manager role. Sales experience will also be considered.
    • Experience building and managing Customer Success and Professional Services teams in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • A strong strategic vision for the customer experience, professional services, and customer support.
    • Technical and SaaS experience and an ability to speak to technical customers in their language.
    • Works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with good time management skills.
    • Team player, willing to go the "extra mile" to achieve success.
