- Provide senior management with timely and accurate financial statements by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate financial data.
- Experience working with revenue recognition in the manufacturing industry.
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Work to improve general accounting processes, including job cost accounting, to stay abreast of company growth.
- Continue to enhance financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards monthly and annually.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 10+ years of proven accounting experience
- Professional accounting certification, including CPA or CGMA
- Public Accounting experience is a plus
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, or similar, a plus
- Strong understanding of job costing and revenue recognition in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of regulatory standards (GAAP)
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact closely with various departments
- 5+ years of experience as a senior-level Accounting Director, Assistant Controller, or Controller.
- Strong overall knowledge encompassing general accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and financial systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
- CPA or CGMA is highly preferred. Experience may substitute for certification.

General Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will have proven manufacturing experience as an Accounting Director or Assistant Controller looking for advancement. As a strong manager and communicator, you will lead the finance and accounting team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, general accounting, treasury, payroll, and special projects. You will work closely with senior management to help facilitate our company's fast growth.
