Your tasks include:

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?


We are a friendly, always motivated team and are looking for energetic support for the Business Unit Electrical/Electronics in the area of E/E integration management for automotive.

This includes in particular the process and methods environment, in which you will take on the following tasks:


  • Independent management of development teams
  • Responsibility for crossfunctional collaboration with internal and external development partners and their system suppliers
  • Taking over responsibility for components along the development process, from conception to series support
  • Responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Participation in the development of technical concepts and alternatives, as well as in the creation of specifications and initiating necessary changes
  • Preparation, execution, and documentation of team meetings
  • Managementoriented preparation of complex technical issues
  • Committee work and supplier management
  • Collaboration with international partners

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to organize yourself and willingness to learn new topics
  • Serviceoriented work style and strong communication skills
