Description

Responsibilities:

Actively and targetoriented search for candidates (online and offline) and approach in applicant databases as well as social networks
Development of search strategies with regard to relevant target groups and analysis of current sourcing trends
Planning, conducting and evaluating structured interviews with candidates
Close collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process, including consulting with hiring managers
Active participation in the design and improvement of companywide processes and standards in the areas of recruiting and sourcing

Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies (STEM, business administration, psychology, engineering, marketing, or similar)
Solid experience in active sourcing and confident handling of social media platforms (especially Xing, LinkedIn)
Convincing and professional appearance as well as strong communication skills when approaching candidates at all levels of hierarchy
Professional handling of internal and external stakeholders, strong service mindset
Affinity for new IT tools, excellent MS Office skills and very good German and English skills
