Join our team in Rockford, AL as our new Senior Director of Product Development (f/m/div)* and help us develop cutting-edge products for the automotive industry.

In this role, you will lead the product development for Bare Die Chips & Discrete Power Devices and work closely with business functions and external customers to drive innovation in the rapidly growing market of electromobility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the product development organization for automotive power chips and discrete devices
Developing and overseeing the product development roadmap and budget
Driving marketoriented product and technology innovation in partnership with business stakeholders
Nurturing the skills and organizational development of the development team
Cultivating a strong focus on business needs, such as costeffective design, timely product launches, and requirementdriven development

This position can be based in Munich, Dresden, or Villach (Austria).
