We are currently seeking to fill the position of:


Visitor Services Officer (m/f/d)

(Pay grade 7 TVöD)
at our LWL Museum of Art and Culture in Timberline-Fernwood, AZ. This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract until September 30, 2023. Part-time options are also available. There is a possibility of an indefinite contract with 19.5 hours/week starting October 1, 2023. Please apply with the reference number 4458 by

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training in the public sector (e.g. administrative assistant, Coesfeld model, office management clerk, administrative training course I)

or

  • Other relevant threeyear vocational training (commercial/administrative) with connections to the mentioned areas of responsibility

as well as:

  • Structured, independent, and serviceoriented work style
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the central hotline (phone and email)
  • Providing information to interested parties about the museum's offerings (exhibitions, collections
