    Description
    Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a crucial role in ensuring that all requests for services, including Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Record Reviews, Depositions, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), or diagnostic tests, are scheduled with professionals meeting The IMA Group standards. The compensation for this role is $20 per hour. Responsibilities:
    • Efficiently schedule requested exams with professionals following IMA's standards.
    • Effectively manage communication with customers, providers, and injured workers.
    • Answer phones as needed.
    • Generate and process appointment and cover letters.
    • Enter referrals as needed.
    • Communicate billing needs for provider pre-payments or injured workers' mileage reimbursement.
    • Ensure the seamless scheduling of ancillary services (transportation and/or interpretation) as requested.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience.
