    ** Home Appliance Subject Matter Expert**

    Remote US Hourly Intermediate **About The Position**

    Aquant is looking for an experienced Home Appliance service technician to act as a Subject Matter Expert on a freelance, part-time consultant on a contract basis. The Consultant will be interviewed by Aquants software team about their experience solving common issues with major home appliances. Your expert advice will be used to help build a new software which provides knowledge to service technicians quickly and accurately.

    **Responsibilities**

    Meet with Aquant team member(s) to review common appliance issues and provide expert advice:

    Review our curated lists of common problems with refrigerators, home laundry appliances and dishwashers

    Rank the probabilities of provided solutions to solve the problems

    Add and/or exclude solutions based on experience and/or research

    Review outputs of this process and refine changes with the Aquant team member(s)

    **Requirements/Qualifications**

    At least 10 years of technician experience in the Home Appliance industry, specializing in at least one of the following:

    Extensive experience with most of the top refrigeration brands: Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire

    Extensive experience with most of the top home laundry brands: Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire

    Extensive experience with home dishwashers

    Excellent communication skills

    The Consultation sessions will be performed remotely via Zoom if the Consultant cannot meet in person
