- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Provide exceptional client service via phone and email
- Offer quality service by understanding procedures and product knowledge
- Record data and customer service activities daily
- Monitor issues and ensure prompt solutions from support teams
- Generate quotes for hourly and monthly parking
- Assist with the App and Website
- Handle complaints related to hourly and monthly parking
- Support field and Billing Dept counterparts
- Complete other assigned duties
- 1-2 years of experience in Call Center/Customer Service/Accounting roles involving problem-solving
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Advanced multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and courteous demeanor
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate or advanced computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and web browsers
