    Position: Administrative Manager

    Company: Join our dynamic team!

    We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. If you are a pro at troubleshooting software/hardware issues, managing office budgets, and coordinating tasks with the CEO, this might be the perfect role for you.



    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot software/hardware issues for the company, ensuring all technology applications are running smoothly.
    • Manage office budgets, prepare reports on expenses, and keep financial records up-to-date.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
    • Assist the CEO in managing ongoing projects.
    • Coordinate office space management and logistics, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
    • Liaison between Warehouse/Admin and the Executive team.
    • Facilitate internal and external communication for effective flow of information.
    • Manage schedules, organize company events, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
    • Oversee maintenance and replenishment of office supplies, equipment, and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
    • Handle administrative issues, conflicts, and resolve them promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of office management procedures, departmental, and legal policies.
    • Proficiency in software, technology, with Netsuite experience being a plus.
    • Lean Six Sigma/6S experience is preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create reports from scratch.
    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Team player with leadership skills to manage personnel effectively.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
