    Real Estate Agent - Zillow Flex - Coaching Provided

    Are you a real estate agent looking to get started or grow your career? Would you benefit from one-on-one coaching from a world-class performance coach? Do you want to learn how to thrive in the shifting market? The Redux Group, a Zillow Premier Partner, is currently looking for a high-producing real estate agent in Northern Virginia specializing in serving our internet clients.

    We will train and coach you as well as provide leads every month to help you become a massively successful Agent.

    Most of all, we will help you take ground during this market shift
    Up to 10 highly sought-after, Zillow Flex buyer leads every month
    Professional coaching and accountability to help you convert leads to closed transactions
    State-of-the-art systems and technology will help you manage your business
    Exceptional administrative support so you can focus on selling
    Guide buyers through an end-to-end buying process to find the best property for their needs
    Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary to make a decision in the ever-changing real estate landscape
    Active Virginia Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining it)
    Interest in and drive to learn how to be a top producing agent through our exceptional BootCamp, Mentorship Program, and ongoing coaching and training
    Availability for full-time real estate work)
    Sales and real estate industry experience is a plus but not required

    The Redux Group, a growth-oriented, top-producing real estate group, doing business in the DC Metro, Baltimore, Richmond, Philadelphia, and Delaware areas.
