    Director, Business Development - CRO Lab Services

    About Precision Medicine Group:
    Precision for Medicine is the first global precision medicine CRO organization, focused on improving the clinical research and development process for new therapeutics. With over 2,000 professionals and 35 offices worldwide, we are dedicated to accelerating life-changing treatments globally.

    About the role:
    We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the business acumen and interpersonal skills necessary to drive revenue by identifying high-value opportunities with new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying opportunities for various Bioservices products and services
    • Developing and enhancing client relationships
    • Working closely with internal teams
    • Qualifying leads and supporting proposal development
    • Negotiating budgets and closing new business
    • Attending industry events and conferences
    • Additional assigned responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of sales experience, or equivalent
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Track record of client relationship management and business development in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organizations
    • Willingness to travel
    • Strong communication skills

    Preferred:

    • Academic background in life sciences or related field
    • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry
    • 10+ years of sales experience

    Salary Range:
    $120,000 - $120,000 USD

    Benefits:
    This role includes a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
