Your Responsibilities

  • You provide expert advice on the topic of tolls in Germany and support our customers with manual route bookings, billing issues, and all questions related to our online service offerings in our customer portal
  • You are responsible for handling and processing telephone and written inquiries from our customers and service providers in the toll environment
  • You work cooperatively with colleagues from other teams to ensure optimal customer orientation in handling individual cases
Your Profile

  • You have previous work experience in a service center or customer service environment or have comparable practical experience
  • You are proficient in the German language and may also have knowledge of another language (not a requirement)
  • You are accustomed to working with multiple applications simultaneously, always keeping an overview, and may also have experience with MS Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, teamwork, determination, commitment, and reliability
  • You are willing to work in a shift model between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday
