Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
for the Asset Management department
Your tasks with us will include:
- Processing digital incoming mail for the following topics:
- Setting up new client data
- Changing investment strategies
- Terminating client mandates
- Responding to inquiries from customer advisors
- Handling complaints
- Assisting in the creation of asset management contracts for our clients
- Conducting account and portfolio openings
- Performing quality control checks

Your qualifications:
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a bank clerk (m/f/d), and have gained several years of professional experience.
- You are serviceoriented and work independently, reliably, and responsibly.
- You have a high level of problemsolving skills while maintaining process consistency.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and commitment.
