    Contract:
    Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly)

    Business Hours:

    9 AM - 5:30 PM EST

    Rate:
    $1,500-$2,000 USD monthly / $18,000 - $24,000 USD annually
    (Salary is negotiable based on experience)

    What you'll do

    As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting relationships with the company's valued clients.

    Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing key account relationships, guiding qualified leads through the sales process, and identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue maximization.

    Leveraging your exceptional sales acumen and interpersonal skills, you'll navigate complex sales processes with confidence, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing customer needs.

    Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure seamless execution and exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Account Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and nurture interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders at client accounts, fostering trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships.
    Focus on growing existing relationships by understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

    Lead Qualification and Conversion:


    Guide qualified leads through the sales process, providing tailored solutions and addressing concerns to convert them into loyal, repeat customers.

    Utilize a systematic approach and leverage analytics to identify and prioritize high-potential leads, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing sales opportunities.


    Upselling and Maximizing Revenue:


    Identify opportunities for upselling and line item extensions within existing client accounts, maximizing their purchasing potential and driving incremental revenue growth.

    Analyze customer buying history and preferences to recommend related and new items, providing personalized suggestions to enhance their experience.

    Sales Acumen and Relationship Building:
    Demonstrate exceptional sales acumen and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals within medical facilities.
    Navigate complex sales processes with confidence, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing customer needs to drive successful outcomes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    Collaborate with various departments internally to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional service and support across all touchpoints.

    What you should have
    Proven remote sales experience growing a book of business and client portfolio.
    A strong drive for sales and commission and a track record of over-achieving quotas.
    Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls per day.
    Prior experience in medical supplies sales or medical distribution is nice to have.
    Experience using a CRM (Zoho preferably).
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong listening and presentation skills
    A BA/BS degree or equivalent (Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
