As the Executive Director of Products and Brands, you will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Corporate Communications division at Dover. This division encompasses all mandates that focus on strengthening the brand and promoting product sales. This is particularly relevant for mandates targeting the consumer market. Media relations with daily, business, and trade press are integrated with more marketing-focused campaigns and events.

As the Executive Director of Products and Brands, your responsibilities include overall revenue responsibility, actively expanding contacts with key decision-makers in respective organizations, identifying additional potential for effective communication solutions, actively selling and assembling suitable account teams.

Another key focus is taking on all sales tasks, such as actively approaching selected companies, handling inquiries, networking in the market, participating in relevant networking events, leading pitch teams, and presenting the agency. Working closely with other account teams, you will be responsible for expanding existing client mandates in terms of the possibilities of corporate communication as a whole.

You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the respective Key Account Directors in your division and will report directly to the Executive Board.

What you should definitely bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in an agency (PR, advertising, or marketing) and preferably additional experience in corporate communication
  • Demonstrable success in developing and securing mandates
  • Experience in leading teams
