iTA is the largest Navistar truck dealer in Louisiana, covering the New Orleans, Northshore, Slidell, Houma, Lafayette, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles markets.
iTA sells International-branded new trucks and all makes and models of pre-owned used trucks and trailers, as well as providing outstanding service and parts to meet any fleet's needs.
iTA is looking for a
Full-Time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Harahan, LA, working a Monday-Friday shift.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Download health reports into our system - Understanding of ADP/CDK is a plus;
*Generate an RO for each item needing attention - warranty/bill backs;
*Ability to multi-task and interact with customers is necessary.
