- Consult with customers to identify their vehicle's service needs and recommend additional services and/or repairs
- Provide detailed estimates and timelines for service completion
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and highquality repairs
- Educate customers on service and maintenance recommendations for their vehicles
- Upsell and promote additional services and products to increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints and address any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process payments and maintain proper documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service experience
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, products, services, and dealership policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in automotive technology or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
