Description of Role:

Our San Antonio office is looking for a Sales Representative who wants to be part of our internal team. We are looking for an energetic self-starter with an outgoing sales personality who can dive into a territory and grow the business. The ideal candidate is a personable, hard-working individual looking to start their career with a fast-paced business and contribute to an awesome working environment and culture.

If you are interested in working in one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, this would be a good choice for you. If you are a recent college graduate and looking to get sales experience or transitioning from the retail/hospitality world, this would be a good choice for you. If you are comfortable in opening new doors and selling the service of a premier staffing firm, this would be a Great choice for you

Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify... and grow a sales territory with face to face sales and calls
Develop a strong sales pipeline by qualifying companies
• Lead generation and follow up
Present strong communication skills-written, verbal, persuasion and presentation
Maintain up to date, accurate and informative call and email information

Skills & Requirements:

Appreciation of the personnel industry or desire to learn
1 plus year's experience
The ability to build relationships with decision makers at client companies
Outgoing personality with a sharp image and positive attitude
• Savvy with Social Media and networking.
